Lady A Lancaster reviews
Disappointing
"We celebrated my wife's birthday as a family by going to the game. Number one for zero hospitality is the University of Phoenix Stadium, despite having visited many other sports venues. The rude and pushy security outside the stadium made for an unpleasant experience. Inside, after asking three different ushers for help finding our seats, we were directed in three different directions. In the middle of the second quarter, I went for a drink and was uncertain if the concession stand was open. Standing in front of six workers and no customers, I had to ask if they were open, possibly interrupting their conversation. Customer service was unacceptable."
